We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use WAExportPro (“Software”) for your personal or internal business use on devices you own or control, subject to this Agreement and our Terms of Use.

The Software is licensed, not sold. We and our licensors retain all right, title, and interest in the Software. WhatsApp® is a trademark of its respective owners; we claim no affiliation.
Free features may be limited. A PRO license (if purchased) unlocks additional features for the purchaser as described at checkout and on our Pricing page. License keys must not be shared publicly or resold.
We may provide updates through the Chrome Web Store or other channels. Updates are subject to this Agreement unless accompanied by different terms.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. WhatsApp Web may change without notice; we do not warrant uninterrupted compatibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or use, arising from this Agreement or the Software.
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. You may terminate by uninstalling the Software. We may terminate if you breach these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software.
This Agreement is governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where consumer protection laws of your country require otherwise.
